The platform empowers users to create customized stablecoins in minutes by extending a superior digital-dollar building block. This framework allows businesses to monetize digital dollar use cases and maintain full control over their financial technology stack—customizing branding, compliance behaviors, and yield distribution mechanics—without the burden of operational heavy-lifting. The organization is seeking an experienced Protocol Integration Engineer to join its growing team. This individual will play a vital role in enhancing a growing set of extension projects, providing technical support to partner engineering teams, improving existing products, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Key Responsibilities - Framework Customization: Adapt existing Solidity and/or Rust (Solana) extension frameworks to meet the specific requirements of external partners. - Infrastructure Maintenance: Enhance and maintain API/SDKs and Web3 infrastructure projects written in TypeScript to support partner needs. - Quality Assurance: Ensure the consistency, quality, and security of all partner extensions and protocol integrations. - Technical Education: Serve as a subject matter expert by educating partners and their engineering teams on core framework functionality. - Documentation & Tooling: Author comprehensive technical documentation, rigorous test suites, and efficient deployment scripts. - Peer Review: Actively participate in code and design reviews to uphold the highest standards of performance, security, and code quality. • Develop and implement the company’s IT and blockchain strategy to align with business goals. • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 technologies. • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all digital assets and blockchain solutions. • Oversee the development and integration of smart contracts, DeFi applications, and tokenized financial products. • Lead the design and maintenance of secure and efficient blockchain architecture. • Manage the development of crypto wallets, payment gateways, and digital asset management solutions. • Ensure the security and efficiency of crypto transactions, exchanges, and staking platforms. • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect crypto assets and user data. • Develop and enforce IT governance policies to mitigate risks. • Ensure all IT operations align with Shariah-compliant finance principles (if applicable). • Oversee AML/KYC processes for crypto transactions and exchanges. • Lead and mentor the IT & blockchain development team. • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and product teams to drive digital transformation.

• Lead the identification, development, and execution of business development opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, investors, and stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem. • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, product, and operations, to align business development projects with company objectives. • Oversee the lifecycle of business development projects, from strategy formulation through negotiation, implementation, and execution. • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. • Develop and present business proposals, including partnership models, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, to key decision-makers. • Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships and collaborations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for the company. • Monitor and manage the progress of business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all business development efforts are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, security regulations in different markets). • Create detailed reports on business development activities, track KPIs, and assess project success. • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to integrate business development efforts into broader company strategies. • Foster innovation by evaluating new product or service offerings in the cryptocurrency space, such as token launches, NFTs, decentralized finance (DeFi) services, and blockchain integration.

• Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management services: - Authentication flows, sessions, device trust. - Authorization and entitlements (roles, permissions, policies). - Security controls such as MFA and key management (working with security teams). • Own financial operations systems: - Transfers and payments orchestration. - Ledgering and reconciliation flows. - Limits, risk controls, and transactional correctness. • Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure: - Node and RPC management. - Transaction submission, monitoring, and retry logic. - Indexing and streaming of on-chain data into internal services and data stores. • Define and uphold reliability and observability standards: - SLOs and error budgets for core services. - Dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and incident management practices. • Lead large, cross-functional technical projects from design through rollout, collaborating with Product, Security, and Ops. • Mentor and guide other engineers, contributing to engineering standards, design reviews, and documentation. • Stay close to industry best practices in auth, key management, and secure infrastructure for crypto and trading.
