• Own and evolve Nerdio's brand identity, visual language, voice, and design system across all digital and physical touchpoints. • Serve as the ultimate creative authority — setting the creative bar and ensuring consistency, quality, and impact in every deliverable. • Partner with the Senior Director of Brand and Communications and executive leadership to translate business strategy into compelling creative vision. • Lead, mentor, and grow an in-house creative team of designers. • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors to scale creative output efficiently. • Foster a collaborative, feedback-rich culture that celebrates bold ideas and rapid iteration. • Creative ideation and execution for high-impact campaigns spanning digital advertising, product marketing, event presence, video, social media, and partner co-marketing. • Oversee the design of website experiences, landing pages, and digital campaigns that drive awareness and conversion. • Champion video and motion design as strategic storytelling tools for brand and product narratives. • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Sales to align creative with go-to-market priorities. • Work with Product and UX teams to ensure brand consistency extends into the product experience. • Present creative strategies and work to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive creative experience, with at least 5 years in a senior creative leadership role (Creative Director or equivalent) at a comparable organization.
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, and evolving B2B technology brands — ideally in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise IT — with measurable business impact.
  • Proven ownership of significant creative budgets and agency/vendor spend, with a track record of maximizing ROI on creative investment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma.
  • Portfolio demonstrating world-class integrated campaign work, brand systems, digital design, and video/motion — you have already done this job at this level.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing in-house creative teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
  • Comfortable presenting and influencing at the VP and C-suite level, with the ability to connect creative strategy to business outcomes.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
