Role Description As a Fraud Investigations Specialist , you will be the technical backbone of our Fraud Investigations unit. You aren't just a data analyst; you are the bridge between our front-line investigators and our Strategy and Data teams. Your mission is to translate complex fraud signals into actionable data insights. We are looking for a high-agency individual—someone who doesn't wait for a ticket to arrive, but proactively dives into the data to find the "needle in the haystack." You will work with little guidance, owning the technical support for ad-hoc investigations and building the queries that expose emerging threats before they impact our customers or our business.
