Role Description We are seeking a cold caller with experience in student recruitment and mandatory exposure to the Canadian education market. This role focuses on cold calling, outbound lead generation, student engagement, and appointment setting with prospective students, education agents, and institutional partners. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound outreach to prospective international students interested in studying in Canada. - Engage with education agents, partners, and institutional stakeholders. - Generate and qualify leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM-based outreach. - Guide prospective students through early-stage application and enrollment processes. - Stay up to date with Canadian education requirements, visa processes, and institution offerings. - Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates. Qualifications - Proven experience in cold calling, admissions, or student recruitment roles. - Preferred: Direct experience working with the Canadian education market (institutions, agents, or student recruitment into Canada). - Strong outbound communication and sales ability. - Experience working with international students or education agencies. - Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume leads. - Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication skills. - Target-driven and comfortable working in a KPI-focused environment.
