Role Description We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service! This position involves managing a book of personal lines accounts based in Woodland Hills, California. - Answering client phone and email inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, pricing, claims, cancellations, endorsements, inspections, documentation requests, issues, concerns, etc. - Maintains complete and accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher and affiliated carrier systems. - Supports Gallagher growth initiatives by contributing to key business outcomes such as client satisfaction and client retention. - Fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. - Delivers consistent, high quality client service as defined by AJG operational standards and practices. - Supports the business priorities of the Personal Lines team within Gallagher Global Brokerage. - Successfully operates in a team environment to manage a group of accounts with relatively simple servicing needs. - Builds rapport quickly with clients to identify needs in a clear, confident and friendly manner. - Leverages systems, services and resources to execute work effectively and efficiently. - Comfortably engages others in a consultative business-oriented discussion. - Basic understanding of professional and industry standards/practices. - Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes and skills quickly. - Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Qualifications - Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. - Producer's License. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Appropriate licensing as required. - Preferred: Previous experience managing client relationships. - Insurance knowledge. - Personal Lines experience preferred. Requirements - Works effectively in a team environment. - Consistently delivers high quality work in a timely manner. - Builds rapport quickly with external clients. - Effectively balances a strong client focus with maximizing operational efficiency. - Quickly determines critical issues, detail oriented. - Solves problems quickly and focuses solutions on the root cause. Role Description Responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing a scalable Treasury Management servicing model that supports client segmentation across Wholesale Banking. The position partners closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver differentiated client experience aligned to segment, industry vertical, and client complexity. - Design and implement a segmented Treasury Servicing model aligned to: - Client size (Middle Market, Corporate, etc.) - Industry verticals (e.g., CRE, Non-Profit, etc.) - Product Complexity - Define coverage model, service tiers and client ownership across lifecycle - Establish and track: - SLA / Service Standards - Client satisfaction - Response and resolution times - Use above data to identify servicing gaps and drive continuous improvement - Process Improvement & Transformation -> Lead initiatives to: - Automate servicing workflows - Reduce manual intervention - Direct servicing activities for Treasury Management clients ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and servicing of Treasury products and corporate digital banking services.
