• Be an active and trusted advisor and strategic partner, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide timely expert guidance on compensation-related matters. • Ability to pivot and manage multiple priorities when required. • Drive competitive compensation strategies by evaluating existing programs, leading annual salary survey participation, conducting market research, benchmarking, and analyzing trends to ensure best-in-class practices. • Lead the annual merit and bonus process and enhancements, overseeing program administration and configuring systems like Workday to ensure seamless and efficient experience. • Enhance efficiency and compliance by developing and documenting streamlined defensible processes aligned with regulatory requirements. • Manage and refine the job evaluation and benchmarking process, partnering with HR and business leaders to uphold internal equity and market competitiveness. • Spearhead key compensation projects, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and HRLT decision-makers. • Provide support and educational opportunities to the Compensation Analyst.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including managing large databases and creating Excel charts is required.
- Experience with pay equity and pay transparency and applicable compensation labor laws is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions and trends demonstrating excellent critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Job Architecture or Job Evaluation is preferred.
- Experience with Workday and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.

Provides customer-focused first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Role Description The Optum Serve IAM Provisioning Analyst is responsible for provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning user access across enterprise systems by fulfilling access requests and related identity platforms while ensuring security, compliance, and service level expectations are met. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Execute standard user access provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning based on approved requests and documented procedures. - Setup and maintain AD/EntraID accounts, mailboxes (on-prem & O365) and distribution lists throughout their lifecycle on multiple domains. - Process access requests through approved IAM platforms (e.g., Sailpoint, EntraID, Delinea). - Actively manage tickets and shared mailboxes, prevent access request backlogs, and assist with access requests submitted through ServiceNow, SECURE, or other enterprise request platforms. - Assist in maintaining supporting infrastructure systems within Optum Serve’s environment (RSA, Exchange, Brivo, Azure). - Escalate non-standard, high-risk, or unclear access requests to senior IAM team members or other IT teams. - Required to participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to assist with time-sensitive IAM requests and access issues outside of standard business hours, with guidance from senior team members as needed. - Maintain centralized documentation including SOPs, work instructions and other documentation as assigned. - Maintain accurate documentation and request notes to support audit, compliance, and reporting needs. - Support periodic access reviews and recertification campaigns, including remediation activities as assigned. - Follow security best practices, including provisioning “Least Privilege”, secure password sharing SOPs and securely identifying end users at the start of any interaction.
