• Follow SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements; maintain confidentiality • Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients • Plan, schedule, and track projects to meet timelines and deliverables • Maintain project visibility through dashboards, status reports, and meetings • Communicate updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders • Coordinate project activities across teams and serve as a client liaison • Track performance metrics, including on-time delivery • Organize study documentation and maintain records across systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) • Support subject matter experts and ensure accurate, timely project documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferred) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet, SharePoint)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
