Project Coordinator – Automation Systems Support
Providence
• Responsible for provisioning access to Payor Websites • Performing scheduled IT production tasks • Monitoring automated processes to ensure there is no disruption of IT services to End Users • Serving as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, or Rev Cycle System Support resources for ORC operational teams • Performing basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed per ORC business operations
Job Requirements
- 5 years of General office experience
- 3 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
- Track record in organizing and planning with a proven ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
- Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
