• Full technical ownership of the Flutter mobile application, implementation, architectural decisions, feature delivery, code quality, and long-term maintainability. • Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and support teams. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects, crashes, and production issues. • Support release preparation, deployment, rollout, and post-release validation. • Improve code quality, maintainability, and test coverage while participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions. • Support continuous improvement by addressing technical debt and operational feedback. • Contribute to operational targets for uptime, quality, stability, processing latency, release stability, security, and incident response across platforms. • Maintain technical documentation, technical decision records, runbooks, onboarding materials, engineering best practices, and secure SDLC practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with production-grade Flutter applications deployed on both iOS and Android.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, dependency management, and modular code structure.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and mobile-backend integration.
- Experience with Firebase/GCP/AWS mobile services.
- Experience with app analytics, ideally Google Analytics for Firebase or equivalent.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD, release management, App Store / Google Play deployment processes, regression testing, and release stability practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues using logs, crash reporting, analytics, and monitoring tools.
- Experience improving release stability, test coverage, and secure SDLC practices in a live product environment.
- Experience in observability, production support, incident handling, debugging, and operational ownership with emphasis on availability, stability and performance.
- Strong testing experience unit, widget, integration/E2.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experienced performing in Agile teams.

• Perform programming tasks as assigned by study project team leads • Prepare and analyze clinical trial patient datasets for clinical research purposes • Develop the customized codes to utilize existing tools and applications to provide the outputs or to validate outputs for clinical bioinformatics or technical use • Function as a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team • Ensure adherence to departmental working practice documents and SOPs
