Role Description As Backend Developer, you develop APIs, services and data structures that support training paths, onboarding flows and platform automation. You work closely with the frontend developer, product teams and an offshore development team to deliver stable backend functionality and keep all services secure and reliable. The onboarding solution is based on ServiceNow CSM, so you need to understand how workflows, data models and integrations behave and ensure that backend logic supports these flows. Half of the role focuses on development, the other half on operations to maintain performance and stability.
