SEO Manager

• Audit and continuous monitoring and analysis of SEO performance to identify issues, find root causes, and implement a systematic solution • Evaluation of both content and technical performance to make recommendations and alterations promptly • Identify, document, and manage SEO best practices for website management • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and work with brand team to optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy • Develop SEO KPIs for consistent and comprehensive performance management and reporting across onsite and technical aspects.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level SEO
- Technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience
- Broad and deep knowledge of marketing technology concepts, practices, and procedures, with experience in retail, QSR, or similar multi-location business segment
- Experience with content management systems (e.g. Contentful), local listing tools (e.g. Semrush) and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities
- Design and troubleshooting skills; strong attention to detail and organization
- Good problem resolution and communications skills
