• Support the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into a modern technology stack (e.g., React-based). • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements and create user stories. • Conduct gap analysis, create BRDs, BPMs, and wireframes as needed. • Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and backlog management with Jira.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in legacy system modernization and migrating old applications to new technology stacks.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, creating user stories, As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, BRDs, BPMs, and wireframing.
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise applications in complex environments (cloud + on-premise, multi-geography users).
- Good understanding of modern development practices and technology flows.
- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
- Strong Agile experience (Jira, user story grooming, backlog management, sprint planning).
- Background in government, banking, insurance, or large enterprise projects is preferred.
