We are recruiting a Program Manager for a private, forward-thinking philanthropic foundation dedicated to backing under-explored solutions with the potential for 100x social returns. This is a high-impact, remote role for a strategic generalist who thrives at the intersection of philanthropy, policy, and systems design. You will report directly to the CEO, moving fluidly between researching grant opportunities and building complex operational programs from the ground up. What You’ll Do - Strategic Execution: Design and lead 2-3 operational programs per year, managing everything from initial scoping to final deliverables. - Data-Driven Analysis: Build and maintain Social Return on Investment (SROI) models to provide quantitative support for program and grant decisions. - Grant Management: Identify and evaluate 3-5 high-potential grant opportunities annually, performing deep-dive research and due diligence. - Portfolio Oversight: Manage a diverse initiative portfolio across areas such as AI Interpretability, Climate Solutions, Housing, Healthcare, Education, and Big Art. - Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and domain expert advisors.

• Promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by capturing and monitoring performance • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and to ensure regulatory compliance through enhanced operations • Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities • Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects • Maintain detailed project documentation as needed • Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations

• Serve as primary relationship lead for assigned health plan partners • Run recurring client meetings, performance reviews, and executive updates • Identify risks early and proactively protect partnership health • Own internal revenue and performance targets tied to your payer markets • Monitor month-over-month trends and implement corrective strategies • Drive member engagement and revenue-generating utilization initiatives • Analyze operational and program data to identify risks and growth opportunities • Ensure all contractual obligations and reporting requirements are met • Act as the internal strategic lead for your assigned markets

• The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing engagements with major Department of Defense (DoD) clients to improve operations and outcomes for major DoD Programs. • Lead and manage large-scale consulting projects for major DoD weapon systems, overseeing all phases of the program lifecycle, including acquisition, sustainment, and modernization activities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior government stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and status updates. • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, risk management plans, and performance metrics. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and internal resources to achieve program goals. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. • Engage with stakeholders across the client enterprise to build consensus and design solutions aligned with the client’s overall objectives. • Develop strategies to gain customer buy-in towards a common operating picture, solution architecture, and roadmap for execution.
