Job Description

Program Lead - Philanthropic Innovation (100x Impact)

EQL Tech (sales & engineering talent)

Do you want to help launch and scale a high-credibility initiative aimed at dramatically improving how funders evaluate and deploy capital? We are recruiting a Program Lead for a high-impact philanthropic foundation to spearhead the rollout of 100x Impact. 100x Impact is an emerging initiative designed to encourage funders to adopt rigorous pre-grant analysis and outcome-based decision-making. Our client's goal is to dramatically increase the social return of philanthropic giving globally. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for a strategist who thrives at the intersection of relationship building and concrete execution. What You’ll Do - Own the Pilot: Turn the 100x Impact concept into a credible, well-executed rollout. - Strategic Partnerships: Secure and coordinate 3–5 funders or institutions as visible collaborators. - Build the Toolkit: Develop practical tools and resources that help funders apply outcome-based thinking. - Execution & Events: Lead the planning of workshops and convenings, managing timelines, budgets, and vendors. - Stakeholder Outreach: Support engagement with senior funders, advisors, and ecosystem partners.

Job Requirements

  • Who You Are
  • Entrepreneurial & Agile: You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and translating abstract ideas into concrete results.
  • High-Stakes Communicator: You are a strong written and verbal communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders as a peer, not just staff.
  • Impact-Driven: You have a deep interest in impact measurement, outcomes, and improving philanthropic effectiveness.
  • Self-Directed: You are highly organized and capable of working independently with light oversight under time pressure.

Benefits

  • Remote Work: Full-time, remote-first role (US-based preferred).
  • Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Impact: The opportunity to shape the future of global philanthropic capital deployment.
