• Execute the process of designing, reviewing and installing all the InterSystems products including TrakCare patches, releases and builds on the required customer platforms in accordance with quality assurance protocols and Service Level Agreements as agreed with the customer for software release authorization and installation. • Administration and maintenance of hosted solutions and related infrastructure working with other teams or partners as required. • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for implementations. • Provide technical support for custom development, i.e. JavaScript, user defined functions, interfaces, reports, extracts, data migration scripts and conversions. • Support and test of TrakCare internal and external utilities, e.g. patching tool, print service, etc. • Assist Presales for any technical request such as architecture, configuration, hardware sizing, etc. • Produce technical documentation such as reference materials, installation instructions, user guides, knowledge-based articles and how-to’s. • Participate in on-site technical training and implementations activities if required. • Take on responsibility for scripting, maintenance and verification of backups. • Automation of routine activities (deployment of patches , environment replication , etc.. ). • Participate in the continuous improvement of the operation processes required to delivery exceptional service quality.

• Ensuring continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within your geographic area. This includes maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment. • Identifying maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems. • Completing commissioning checks of HVAC Units to ensure continued, efficient operation. This includes checking and correcting of HVAC RTU controller configurations in addition to the mechanical operation of the units. • Providing physical maintenance to Budderfly HVAC Units. This includes, but is not limited to changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting units for other mechanical failures. • Responding to Emergency Service Calls • Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. • Keeping daily logs and records of all functions in Company work order system. • Ensuring compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. • Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. • Assisting with customers' queries.

• Develop strategic responses to media RFPs in partnership with Sales and Strategy teams • Build integrated audience and media recommendations • Collaborate with Ad Ops teams to ensure campaign feasibility and performance delivery • Maintain accurate documentation and communication across project workflows

• Manage an active pipeline of delinquent accounts requiring loss mitigation evaluation • Review borrower financials and determine eligibility for workout solutions • Drive the collection of complete and accurate documentation—minimizing back-and-forth and delays • Clearly communicate available options to borrowers, including retention (repayment plans, deferrals, modifications) and liquidation paths (e.g., voluntary surrender) • Make timely, well-supported decisions based on hardship, financial capacity, and guidelines • Maintain consistent follow-up to keep files moving and avoid stagnation • Ensure all accounts are handled in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies • Document all activity accurately within servicing systems • Partner with Collections, Underwriting, Legal, and Default teams to move accounts to resolution • Meet or exceed defined KPIs (cycle time, conversion rates, quality, and borrower experience)
