Job Requirements
- 16 a 20 años de experiencia en ingeniería Wintel, VMware e infraestructura en la nube.
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory y gestión de GPO.
- Sólida experiencia en VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) y tecnologías de virtualización.
- Experiencia práctica con Azure IaaS , automatización en la nube y estrategias de migración.
- Dominio de Ansible, PowerShell, Python y Bash para automatización y gestión de configuraciones.
- Conocimiento básico de Pure Storage y aprovisionamiento de almacenamiento.
- Sólida comprensión de las mejores prácticas de seguridad, hardening de sistemas y estándares de cumplimiento.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas complejos de infraestructura.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y experiencia en gestión de stakeholders.
- Nivel alto de inglés, C1.
