• Create and maintain CRM entries/client accounts in NetSuite, ensuring accurate entry of client data • Review CRM entries entered by other team members to ensure data accuracy and support timely billing operations • Process upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, prorations, promotional discounts, credits, and other changes related to client billing under the guidance of senior team members • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary • Support the broader billing team with administrative and data-entry tasks as needed • Other tasks as needed to help the team meet objectives and requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of billing, accounting, or finance-related experience; exposure to NetSuite or another ERP/billing system is a plus
  • Interest in working in a high-volume billing environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional accuracy – takes pride in identifying and correcting errors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident, approachable, and curious; not afraid to ask questions to gain clarity and support continuous learning
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines while seeking guidance when appropriate
  • Collaborative team player with an action-oriented, energetic approach
  • Foundational understanding of SaaS contract terminology and subscription-based billing concepts (or eagerness to learn)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
