• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation • Project Manage multiple Coordination of Benefits (COB) projects, driving accelerated implementation growth • Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger technological programs and assisting with project staffing development • Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of projects, and assigned staff as required, by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks • Communicate with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status; recommend program changes as needed • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives to ensure the quality of project deliverables across all phases • Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions • Support Gainwell’s growth as you prepare and assist with new proposal efforts, business development, and departmental process improvements
Job Requirements
- 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle
- 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Payment Integrity COB Audit and Recovery, highly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably a claim payment or audit recovery environment
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
- Experience with integrated eligibility systems, MMIS, or Human Services platforms preferred
- Ability to lead and translate the broader objectives of a program into clear and achievable project scope and milestones
- Leadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleagues
- Strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearly
- Influencer that can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action

Role Description ENTACT is actively seeking an experienced Field Project Manager (Superintendent) in the environmental remediation and geotechnical construction industry. Candidates must be open to sustained project-based travel within the US, at least 80% of the time. Project locations will vary depending on the assignment. Candidates can reside anywhere within the US. ENTACT offers per diem/living allowance and paid monthly trips home. The position of Field Project Manager will assume the pivotal role of overseeing all on-site project operations, meticulously ensuring that projects are executed with the utmost focus and adherence to safety, schedule, budget, and site plans. This individual will exhibit a high level of attention to detail, adept time management skills, and a “lead from the front” attitude. The Associate will coordinate a diverse team of craft employees including equipment operators, laborers, subcontractors, and mechanics. Associate must be open to periods of sustained project-based travel. HAZWOPER training is highly preferred but not required. Must have a valid Driver’s license with no driving restrictions which interfere with job requirements. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage time-sensitive, cross-department project initiatives for an IMO (Integration Management Office) within a telecommunications/broadband organization.
