• Analyze requirements and design target finance processes in collaboration with global Process Owners, Finance Shared Services, and local Finance teams. • Lead Fit‑to‑Standard / Fit‑Gap workshops, identifying automation opportunities across core end‑to‑end finance and controlling processes. • Own SAP Finance (FI) & Controlling (CO) solution design and configuration. • Drive automation and digital finance initiatives. • Manage projects and workstreams end‑to‑end, coordinating IT teams, external partners, and system integrators. • Ensure testing excellence and deployment readiness, leading SIT/UAT, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare. • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement, mentoring team members and contributing to global templates.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- SAP certifications and project management credentials are advantageous.
- 10–15 years of professional experience in SAP Finance & Controlling with multiple end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ideally including S/4HANA transformations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading finance automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI‑ and ML‑driven finance use cases such as predictive accounting, anomaly detection, intelligent matching, forecasting, and exception handling.
- Deep understanding of finance and controlling processes, supported by a strong internal controls and compliance mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting‑grade communication skills, with confident interaction at senior business and IT levels.
- Fluent in English; Italian highly desirable. Additional European languages are a plus.
