Job Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing people in a marketing environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of results
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Managers (they handle the client conversations) while you focus on what you do best—building, optimizing, and improving campaigns across Paid Social and Display. You’ll spend your time digging into performance, spotting trends, testing new ideas, and turning data into smart decisions that make a real impact. If you enjoy figuring out why something is or isn’t working—and then fixing it—this could be a great fit.
