• Serve as the Legal product family industry SME—staying current on trends, challenges, and competitive landscape—and provide ongoing guidance to go-to-market teams. • Develop and deliver enablement (training, tools, and materials) for account managers on industry insights, sales strategy, competitive intelligence, and best practices to improve customer engagements. • Partner with Sales to define and refine industry-specific go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, competitive analysis, and value proposition/messaging. • Support Sales execution by helping create customer-facing assets, including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. • Partner with customers in meetings and presentations to assess business needs, gather requirements, and present tailored solutions that address complex opportunities. • Serve as the voice of the customer internally—collaborating with Product and Marketing and developing success stories/case studies that demonstrate impact. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships & Alliances, and Marketing to plan and execute partner-led GTM and product marketing campaigns. • Lead joint strategic account planning with Sales and priority partners, build senior partner relationships, and drive partner attach performance against target industry goals. • Gather and analyze feedback from account managers, customers and the market to inform the product development team to influence the product roadmap, contribute to the prioritization of features, and continuously improve our solutions and processes. • Provide input into M&A strategy and due diligence for prospective targets.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years with broad business knowledge including sales, product management, or marketing of software products in the global market.
- To include 5+ years experience in strategic planning using SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and balanced scorecards.
- Deep understanding of AI and software products/services, with the ability to quickly learn new offerings and translate market trends, challenges, and opportunities into actionable insights.
- Strong command of sales processes and strategy; able to develop compelling value propositions tied to customer use cases and negotiate/close complex software, services, and licensing agreements.
- Proven ability to organize, plan, and execute projects—leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering outcomes on time and within scope/budget.
- Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication; skilled at active listening, influence, and working across sales, product, marketing, and commercial excellence teams globally.
- Ability to analyze market/customer data and sales performance, identify root causes, prioritize options, and implement solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a remote opportunity based out of Australia. Job Summary The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for APAC creates qualified business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting and timely inbound lead follow-up. This role is preferably based in Brisbane and partners closely with Regional Sales Managers, Sales, and Marketing to identify priority accounts, personalize outreach, and move qualified prospects into the sales process. The SDR reports to the Sr. Manager, Sales Development in Germany and uses Salesforce and prospecting tools to track activity, insights, and results in a primarily remote working environment. Job Summary The SVP, Head of Healthcare Sales, Americas will be responsible for the company’s largest and most strategically important market: North American healthcare. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this executive will lead the business responsible for more than 70% of Imprivata’s revenue and serve as the CRO’s primary sales leader for the healthcare market. This is a highly visible executive role with broad responsibility for driving new business growth, expansion, forecast accuracy, and market leadership across enterprise, mid-enterprise, and strategic healthcare accounts. Beyond leading day-to-day sales execution, the SVP will have a seat at the table in shaping Imprivata’s go-to-market strategy, cross-portfolio growth agenda, and broader company direction. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of enterprise cybersecurity sales leadership, deep executive engagement with C-level healthcare buyers, and the ability to build a high-performance operating rhythm grounded in MEDDPICC, rigorous inspection, disciplined execution, and accountability.
