• You optimize workshop workflows and processes as well as the advisory support provided to our franchise partners • You support our partners through trainings and analyses to ensure quality in our two-wheeler, three-wheeler and cargo bike workshops • You assist in implementing new locations and help partners develop and establish new workshop processes • You develop and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals and online learning courses
Job Requirements
- Ideally you are a master-certified two-wheeler mechatronics technician or master two-wheeler mechanic
- Career changers are also welcome — e.g., (automotive) mechanics and (automotive) mechatronics technicians with experience as bicycle mechanics/bicycle assemblers
- You have experience in assortment planning and acting as the interface between the workshop and sales
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of self-motivation
- You are willing to support our partners on-site (travel requirement approx. 60%)

The Dealer.com Performance Manager is expected to build and maintain relationships with external clients and ensure client needs are the driving force behind priorities, decisions, and activities in order to ensure success through product utilization, product upgrades, group harvest sales, and revenue retention. The Performance Manager owns the client relationship on behalf of the company and will act as the client advocate internally by communicating the client's needs to various departments.
