Senior Fullstack Developer – Vender+: CRM

Saipos | Sistema para Restaurante

• Develop and enhance customer segmentation features and customer history tracking • Create and improve loyalty programs such as cashback and coupons • Integrate digital communication channels for restaurants' marketing campaigns • Build and enrich customer profiles to personalize offers and communications • Analyze purchase behavior data to inform new features

Job Requirements

  • Backend: PHP with Symfony, GraphQL, and Node.js, using PostgreSQL as the primary relational database and Redis in parts of the stack.
  • Frontend: Angular and React.
  • Cloud: AWS, with heavy use of SQS, Lambda, ECS, S3, and DynamoDB.
  • Containers: Docker.
  • Version control: Git.
  • Over 7 years of experience in software development.
  • Has developed CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing features in production.
  • Has integrated digital communication channels at scale.
  • Has worked on consumer-facing products.
  • Able to interpret behavioral data and translate it into product decisions.
