• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing and Customer Success leadership, supporting decision-making at operational, tactical and executive levels; • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Revenue Operations (RevOps) processes, focusing on data, tools, processes and enablement; • Structure and facilitate revenue review forums and alignment rituals across areas; • Create, maintain and evolve dashboards, reports and predictive growth and forecasting models; • Support the dissemination of an analytical culture and adoption of a self-service BI model; • Optimize the tools stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI), ensuring data integrity and reliability; • Identify and implement process and workflow automation opportunities, reducing operational friction; • Serve as a bridge between technical teams (Product, Engineering and Data) and business areas, ensuring RevOps learnings and practices are integrated into organizational strategy.

• You will be part of the team responsible for creating solutions that support restaurants in their operations. • Work in partnership with Product Managers, engineers and other disciplines to ensure our products deliver functional, simple, high-value experiences for our customers. • Translate user needs and business objectives into simple, functional, and scalable product experiences. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering and marketing teams to ensure consistency of the design vision throughout development. • Create flows, wireframes, interfaces and interactive prototypes at varying fidelities, focusing on validating ideas and concepts and ensuring effective usability before implementation, using design patterns and best practices. • Refine, estimate and contribute to prioritization and trade-offs with Product Managers. • Understand requirements and user stories to provide better-aligned and concise product deliveries for engineering. • Actively participate in discovery processes and hypothesis validation, fostering a culture of experimentation. • Maintain a critical and analytical mindset, defining metrics and using data analysis to define and monitor outcomes. • Conduct user research, hypothesis validation and data analysis, using these insights to inform design decisions. • Perform benchmarks and competitive analyses. • Define success metrics related to user experience and track results using qualitative and quantitative data. • Act as a reference within the design chapter, contributing to the structuring of processes, rituals, tools and documentation.

• Develop and enhance customer segmentation features and customer history tracking • Create and improve loyalty programs such as cashback and coupons • Integrate digital communication channels for restaurants' marketing campaigns • Build and enrich customer profiles to personalize offers and communications • Analyze purchase behavior data to inform new features

• Identify and resolve friction in the journeys of different Saipos customer profiles • Develop features specifically for franchisors and multi-location operations • Improve the onboarding journey to make product adoption simpler and faster • Investigate and fix recurring usability issues that generate support tickets • Collaborate with design to define and validate usability solutions • Monitor the impact of releases on support ticket volume and product adoption metrics

• Develop and evolve the customer service and ordering bot integrated with messaging channels • Maintain and improve the restaurants' digital menu product • Ensure that orders generated by the bot and the menu are correctly delivered to Saipos' system • Improve conversion and usability of the digital menu and the bot's conversational flow

• Develop and enhance features with a strong focus on automated testing, monitoring, and quality. • Actively contribute to architectural decisions, supporting a distributed, flexible, and scalable architecture. • Assist in defining the technical solution and software architecture for projects. • Ensure the execution of the development process stages. • Monitor and accompany deployments in the production environment. • Act as an ambassador for an agile mindset within the team.

• Design, develop and execute test automation scripts • Identify, log, fully document and track bugs • Investigate root causes of software non-conformities • Monitor quality assurance metrics (such as defect densities and open defect counts) • Collaborate on training and enablement sessions about quality practices with the team, contributing to improved team performance and project success • Contribute to software test architecture and strategy decisions, aiming for a distributed, flexible, modern and scalable architecture that supports continuous growth • Ensure the application of quality best practices across stages of the software development process • Act as a champion of the agile mindset within the team
