About your role and the team Loomi for Shopify is a new Bloomreach product designed to integrate all existing Bloomreach offerings with Shopify, the largest e-commerce platform, to deliver a personalized shopping experience. Key features will include Out-of-the-Box Widgets (pre-built components customers can readily use) and Data Pipelines (functionality to source data directly from Shopify into Bloomreach). • Provides technical assistance to clinical study sites by serving as the technical resource between engineering and the medical community. • Present for all ablation procedures at study sites for investigational device studies to guide the physician on the requirements for the protocol and ensure high quality data is being collected. • Accountable for identifying investigators, presenting protocols for a study, assisting investigators in product application, and submitting status reports on all programs. • Provides all aspects of assistance for Clinical Research studies by identifying investigators, nominating and qualifying sites, performing activation duties, providing training, encouraging enrollment, ensuring quality data acquisition and performing study closure activities. • Accountable for gaining and maintaining knowledge of clinical sites to best understand and assess physicians’ interests and capabilities. • Develops expertise in clinical and market released products and evidence, and functions as a local technical/clinical resource for Medtronic and the customer. • Accountable for developing and leveraging relationships in the field to drive clinical activity and maintain focus on the customer. • Provides feedback from clinical sites on the performance of the product to be incorporated in engineering designs or enhancements, assists research and development in evaluating concepts for new products, and considers potential modifications for existing devices while serving as a technical resource between engineering and the medical pacing community. • Provides prospective and real-time feedback to clinical study management in study design and document development. • Plays a critical role in educating customers, sales partners, and internal Clinical Research talent on the technology that they assist.

• Own the enterprise IAM strategy and target-state architecture across Microsoft Entra, AWS, and Google Cloud (OCI a plus). • Define secure, scalable identity patterns for workforce, partner, and customer access that align with security, risk, and compliance requirements. • Design and operationalize a Zero Trust identity model with continuous verification, risk-based access, and adaptive authentication. • Reduce standing privilege through least privilege design, just-in-time (JIT) access, and standardized entitlement models. • Hands-on design and delivery of IAM capabilities including SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle, federation, and privileged access across cloud and hybrid environments. • Lead modernization efforts, including migration from hybrid Active Directory to Entra ID–based authentication. • Design and evolve customer identity (CIAM) solutions supporting web, mobile, and API platforms. • Balance security, privacy, performance, and customer experience while enabling scalable enterprise integrations. • Establish IAM governance frameworks covering access lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC models, access reviews, and audit evidence. • Define measurable controls, documentation standards, and recurring review processes to ensure audit readiness. • Define and lead an enterprise IAM-as-Code program using Terraform and GitHub. • Build reusable, versioned modules and establish PR-based workflows with auditability, approvals, and security guardrails. • Engineer secure CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments, including validation, testing, approvals, drift detection, and rollback strategies. • Ensure reliable, auditable identity changes with operational monitoring and clear runbooks. • Develop automation in Python, Bash, and JSON to scale identity operations and reduce manual risk. • Support policy management, bulk changes, integrations, and identity-related incident response and diagnostics.
