• Strategically identify and engage high-caliber candidates through passive and active sourcing techniques for various roles across the company • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future needs • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience • Partner closely with hiring managers and advise on sourcing strategies, and create compelling job descriptions • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with OFCCP, EEO, and other applicable laws, maintaining accurate records in the ATS • Stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies and enhance candidate engagement • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the Talent Acquisition team’s service delivery, such as process improvement projects, implementing new tools or technologies, and developing best practices • Contribute to a positive candidate experience by interacting with candidates in a professional and empathetic manner • Assist with formulating offers for candidates in accordance with company budget guidelines and fair pay standards • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and expectations of the position • Build relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment counsel, guidance, and training • Provide weekly updates on recruiting activity within the People and Culture team and to hiring managers • Partner with People and Culture teammates to onboard new hires • Carry out additional project related and administrative responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2 years of technical recruiting experience included
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships quickly
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain flexible even when priorities shift
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for talent acquisition process and process improvement
  • Experience working within one or more ATS systems
  • Experience with compensation negotiation

The Vendor Sourcing Specialist supports the Exteriors department by sourcing, qualifying and contracting vendors, building collaborative relationships, monitoring and developing their performance, and acting as the prime point of contact for vendors over commercial, contractual and practical arrangements. The position is expected to use independent judgment and discretion to locate vendors and negotiate terms with those vendors in a way best benefiting the Company.
