Role Description Join Inca’s Investigations Team as a front-line digital detective. In this role, you will bridge the gap between blockchain forensics and traditional intelligence tradecraft to uncover hidden patterns in global crypto activity. You will be responsible for hunting illicit finance, attributing digital identities to real-world actors, and transforming non-standard datasets into defensible intelligence. We are looking for a relentless problem-solver who can navigate the 'noise' of unstructured data to deliver actionable insights that protect our clients and the broader digital-asset ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth blockchain investigations across multiple networks, tracing transactions, identifying patterns, and attributing activity where possible. - Perform open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations using a wide range of public and proprietary data sources to support attribution, risk assessment, and case development. - Collect and normalize data from blockchain explorers, APIs, public datasets, OSINT sources, and internal systems. - Analyze non-standard, incomplete, and multi-source datasets to identify behavioral patterns, risk indicators, and investigative leads. - Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on entities, wallets, and counterparties to assess risk exposure and identify potential illicit activity. - Build reusable scripts, queries, dashboards, and data workflows for investigation, enrichment, monitoring, and reporting. - Produce clear, concise, and defensible intelligence reports summarizing findings, methodologies, and risk assessments for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications - Blockchain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of blockchain data structures and transaction behavior, including wallet/account models, token transfers, smart contract interactions, DEX activity, bridges, and differences between major blockchain ecosystems, understanding of EVM and non-EVM smart contracts. - OSINT Investigation Skills: Proven experience conducting open-source intelligence investigations, including data collection, validation, attribution techniques, and linking digital identities across platforms. - Data Analysis & Handling Large Datasets: Experience working with large datasets (structured and unstructured), including filtering, aggregation, and extracting meaningful insights. - Web Scraping & Data Collection: Practical experience with web scraping techniques and tools for extracting data from online sources; familiarity with automation workflows is highly preferred. - Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of scripting or data tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar) to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Research & Source Evaluation: Ability to assess the credibility of sources, cross-verify information, and distinguish signal from noise in OSINT environments. - Reporting & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and defensibly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Candidates must be fluent in English. - This position requires completing a test task. Role Description The Optum Insight Epic Beaker team is building an innovative, comprehensive Epic services capability using the collective expertise of our clinical, consulting, delivery, technology, and operations teams. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead all phases (e.g. design, build, and testing) of small to medium size application projects including Epic software upgrades, adoption of new Epic functionality and/or significant enhancements to integrated workflows. - Provide Epic product function expertise for the design, build, and testing for Beaker module(s). - Collaborate with end users to design, scope, and build Epic enhancements and configure system build to resolve incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Provide technical and/or clinical consultation including application configuration and integration with third-party applications. Review, analyze, and evaluate system needs to develop recommendations for customers. - Develop, support, and maintain workflow documentation, test scripts, and configuration guides for core pieces of application functionality. - Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use; including 24/7 on-call coverage as required. - Work with trainers to develop and maintain application-specific training curriculum and materials. - Develop strong relationships with operational stakeholders, customers, and business partners. - Troubleshoot and/or resolve application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate. Qualifications - Active / current Epic proficiencies, accreditation, or certification in Beaker CP OR Beaker AP. - 3+ years of healthcare experience. - 3+ years of direct clinical experience. - 2+ years of Epic Experience. - Direct client healthcare domain knowledge such as Clinical Lab workflows, and lab draw stations workflows. Requirements - Experience with device integration. - Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. - Proven ability to demonstrate and have a history of team management (informal or formal), cross-team communication, and leadership skills. • Monitor and analyze high protein whey markets (WPC, WPI, functional whey ingredients) and high protein milk markets (concentrated milk, MPC/MPI). • Track global supply/demand dynamics, trade flows, and price trends across dairy protein markets to develop Ever.Ag’s proprietary pricing series. • Identify key drivers impacting protein markets, including milk composition trends, processing capacity, and end‑use demand (sports nutrition, food manufacturing, etc.). • Develop forward‑looking insights on protein market direction, volatility risks, and pricing outlooks. • Build and maintain analytical tools and models to support high protein dairy market forecasts. • Work closely with senior analysts and data teams to refine methodologies and improve forecasting accuracy. • Analyze key datasets (production, inventories, trade, pricing) and translate into actionable conclusions. • Ensure consistency, integrity, and transparency of all data outputs. • Own development and distribution of monthly client‑facing publication focused on dairy protein markets, including proprietary price series and forecasts. • Contribute to written commentary and market outlooks. • Prepare and present charts, visualizations, and slide‑ready materials for internal and external use. • Support cross‑commodity analysis across cheese, butter, NFDM/SMP, and whey markets as needed. • Respond to ad hoc client and internal research requests. • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry participants in high protein commodity markets (buyers, sellers, processors). • Support client conversations with timely insights, data, and market context. • Identify opportunities for new business, renewals, and value‑added services. • Collaborate with sales and leadership to expand Ever.Ag’s footprint in dairy protein intelligence. • Partner cross‑functionally with analysts, economists, and data teams to enhance insights delivery. • Contribute to the evolution of Ever.Ag’s protein market coverage and analytical capabilities. • Document processes and support improvements in research workflows and tools. • Other duties as assigned.
