Senior Brand Designer

Cohere

• Design unique and original brand work from concept through final execution across digital & physical campaigns, the Cohere visual identity, brand studio experiments, and much more. • Own brand projects end-to-end, holding visual consistency and brand integrity across all touch points. • Partner with marketing, product managers, researchers, engineers, and other team members to maintain a cohesive brand identity. • Work with stakeholders on the marketing and product teams to translate brand strategy into impactful work and to gather insights that transform it. • Consistently raise the bar of craft across the team through your own output and collaboration. • Explore new tools and methods of image-making (including AI) and help define how they fit into our creative process.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand design, preferably in both tech, and non-tech industries. Agency experience is also welcome.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your typographic and layout skills, command of color, systems thinking, problem-solving, and the measurable impact of your work.
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Motion design experience and software proficiency is a big plus.
  • Additional image-making competencies such as illustration or 3d work are a plus.
