Role Description As our Growth & Retention Specialist, you'll split your time between hunting for new business and nurturing our current customer base. This is a foundational role with real ownership, real variety, and a direct line of impact on company revenue. 📅 Start date: June/July 2026 🖋️ Contract type: Contractor, Indefinite 🕘 Work hours: 7.30 AM – 4.30 PM PST 💻 Work mode: 100% remote What You’ll Be Doing - Business Development - Develop and execute an outbound outreach strategy targeting companies interested in hiring remote workers in Latin America. - Research and identify qualified prospects through LinkedIn, job boards, industry directories, and other channels. - Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that generate real conversations. - Book discovery calls and qualify meetings for the CEO with prospects who are a strong fit for our Nearshore Staff Augmentation service. - Track outreach activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM with discipline and consistency. - Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing to improve meeting booked rates. - Account Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and strong ongoing relationships. - Proactively schedule regular check-ins to stay close to customer needs, team changes, and business priorities. - Identify and flag expansion opportunities (new roles, new teams, additional headcount) and surface them to the CEO. - Manage renewal conversations to ensure customers continue and grow with Launchpad. - Act as a customer advocate internally, relaying feedback and flagging any risks to retention early. Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, SDR, or account management role (B2B preferred). - A natural communicator who can write a great cold email and hold a warm, genuine conversation. - Self-directed and organized, you don't need to be micromanaged to hit your targets. - Curious about the remote work and staffing space, and genuinely excited about Latin America's talent landscape. - Comfortable with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar). - Fluent in English and Spanish.
