Role Description We are looking for a motivated sales pro to hit the ground running with our Growth Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, creating, and expanding revenue opportunities with new client accounts. Working with agencies, media companies, and B2B marketing and revenue organizations, the right Account Executive will be able to apply a strategic and consultative approach to win and grow new customers. In this role, you will be selling solutions that have referenceable customers and solutions backed with clear ROI metrics in a rapidly growing market. Qualifications - Highly motivated and results-driven, with a recent track record of overachievement of quota - A willingness to learn and succeed in a team, personable and collaborative - Effective written, verbal and listening skills - Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail - Capable of creating and maintaining business pipeline using Salesforce.com CRM Requirements - 5+ years proven track record of creating, managing and upselling media solutions to marketers - Strategic, consultative selling skills - Consultative relationships with B2B brands and their agencies, developing and executing performance marketing programs - Excellent communication skills from discovery to business value alignment to creating happy, successful customers - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with Pipeline360 resources in a fast-paced, rapid change environment - Competency in performance marketing, digital advertising, Account-based Marketing, demand generation and software that automates marketing Responsibilities & Duties - Developing and maintaining sufficient new business pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Self-generation of sales leads and activity through research and contacting, via telephone, potential customers to qualify their needs and to build quality relationships with decision makers. - Responding promptly to incoming leads. - Professional, articulate follow up of all prospect and customer contact by email to nurture future opportunities. - Plan and prioritize your own sales activities to exceed all personal, team and business targets. - Assisting as required with pipeline and other reporting to ensure campaign objectives and plans are communicated to the wider team. - Advising marketers and their agencies on integrated media and marketing strategies and recommendations. What You'll Do - Create and drive revenue through prospecting, your relationships, and professional networking. - Develop and execute a monthly business plan to grow business. - Consult with clients and provide advice on their B2B demand generation, marketing tech and data/analytics strategy and approach. - Based on client discovery and identified business value alignment, present recommendations on how to best utilize our offerings via face-to-face, phone and online discussions. - Own the sales cycle utilizing Pipeline360’s proven sales process — from prospecting to discovery to customer agreement to customer advocacy. - Engage with senior level marketing and technology prospects with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and follow-up.
Role Description The Financial Specialist is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the organization. In a private equity–backed environment, this role plays a critical part in driving data-informed decision-making, enhancing financial performance, and supporting value creation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting with high visibility to senior leadership and investors. What You'll Do - Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting - Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership - Prepare and deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods - Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions - Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and improve financial outcomes - Support preparation of board materials and investor reporting packages - Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and insights to support executive decision-making - Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and track performance against targets - Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field (PE-backed or high-growth environment preferred) - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and performance-driven environment - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams - Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems preferred What Success Looks Like In This Role - Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities - High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy - Ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insight - Strong communication and presentation skills - Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems (NetSuite preferred)
