Role Description The purpose of this role is to provision, monitor, support, and maintain the Microsoft Azure platform in order to offer the best service for the clients with PaaS services. We are looking for a Cloud Administrator, with 2 or more years of experience working with Microsoft Azure / AWS, and at least 2 years managing Microsoft Services. The working hours are from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday. Key Tasks & Accountabilities - Participate in the implementation of the necessary resources in AZURE to support, monitor and operate Cloud platforms. - Support, monitor and operate the Microsoft Azure platform. - Use the best practices of the Cloud service operation for an excellent operation in the service. - Work closely with the security and development team to ensure the correct operation of the platform. - Perform daily activities for administration, provisioning of environments, troubleshooting and maintenance for cloud platform. - Work closely with the cloudops team to guarantee 24x7 monitoring, control and support for the whole infrastructure. - Fulfil all the steps of the processes issued by the area. Qualifications - Proven track record managing and giving support to Microsoft Azure platforms. - Experience using monitoring Tools (Grafana preferably). - Azure Cloud services best practices. - ITIL knowledge. - Process documentation. - Ability to implement/support cloud infrastructure designs provided by architects. - Ability to follow best practices to secure cloud applications and data against theft, loss, or other disasters. - Proficient working with other teams to have the best quality in the service. - Analytic skills. - Understands the value of time and manages this with high discipline. - Highly energetic and self-starter. - Problem resolution and creative thinking skills. - Preferably intermediate level of English.
