Job Description

Commercialization Manager

Velera

• Oversees all communication to stakeholder indicating status and risks to ensure stakeholders are ready to sell, implement and support the solution. • Oversees the development, coordination, planning and implementation of new processes and procedures to create efficiencies, provide transparency and deliver consistent product methodology. • Lead project governance processes and ensure stakeholder alignment. • Develop and manage project timelines, success criteria and maintain project documentation. • Deliver leadership reporting and communication of project status, issues, risks, milestones, and key decisions made regarding project objectives and direction. • Facilitate the delivery of services among different product activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency. • Continuous improvement of the process, driving the development, documentation, and implementation. • Escalate risks, issues and dependencies and drive to resolution. • Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues and work cross functionally to problem solve timely. • Cross functional collaboration, managing and holding team members accountable for delivering tasks on time. • Ensure commercialization activities operation within policies and procedures of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or minimum eight years of product/project management and/or Client experience
  • Project Management Certification or related training/certification preferred (CX or Lean Six Sigma)
  • Five (5) plus years project management experience, or equivalent required.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and managing multiple projects at one time.
  • Thorough knowledge of the financial services industry and related products and processes required.
  • Experience with the Product Lifecyle
  • Knowledge of technology project methodologies
