• Design and build organizational data infrastructure/architecture • Partner with business leaders and domain owners to translate strategic priorities into data architecture capabilities • Provide insights into the changing database/datalake storage and utilization requirements for the company and offer suggestions for solutions • Establish standards for data platforms, integrations, analytics, and AI enablement • Analyze database/datalake implementation methods to make sure they are in line with company policies and any external regulations that may apply • Assist with organizational decisions on data infrastructure and architecture on an ongoing basis and make decisions on data strategy • Act as a trusted advisor on how data architecture enables revenue, efficiency and risk reduction, and advise leadership on data investment decisions • Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions • Apply architectural principles, product-specific guidelines, security standards, usability design standards, as appropriate • Influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders and guide engineering teams in resolving complex technical challenges • Drive expansion of analytics and AI services by embedding scalable design patterns into every engagement • Contribute thought leadership, reusable assets, and frameworks to scale across the Data & AI practice

• Develop and maintain user interface (visual presentation of user journeys) in accordance with the Ford Standards and Ford Design Team provided specifications. • Research, engineer, develop, and support the front-end web experience for the platform. • Build and maintain solutions that comply with Ford Information Security policy, architectural patterns and development standards. • Work with the Product Owner and Designers to ensure solutions meet Ford consumer needs. • Use modern software development Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time and on budget. • Use modern software delivery pipelines to automate the deployment and testing of software and platform features. • Create and maintain automation tests. • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer identity and access management strategies and roadmap. • Create and maintain technical documentation for team and integrating applications (e.g., architecture diagrams, API documentation, coding standards, operational processes, procedures, configurations, application onboarding tips, etc.). • Support general platform-related activities (e.g., assisting applications with onboarding and troubleshooting integration with the platform, day-to-day operations of requests, incidents, and problems). • Provide collaborative 24/7 support for the platform (e.g., outage support, application monitoring, other security activities).

• Build and maintain a self-service application delivery platform for AWS workloads. • Design reusable Jenkins shared libraries and pipeline standards. • Create Terraform module stacks for ECS, S3, SQS, Lambda, IAM, and related AWS services. • Define the YAML-based application contract used by application teams. • Implement promotion workflows, approvals, drift prevention, and environment separation. • Partner with developers, security, and operations to deliver secure golden paths. • Design and develop end-to-end Jenkins Declarative and Scripted pipelines using Groovy to automate seamless code promotion from development through to production environments. • Build Terraform modules and root-module compositions for multi-service applications. • Support ECS Fargate and optional AWS capabilities such as S3, SQS, Lambda, IAM. • Standardize build, test, deploy, and approval workflows. • Establish Terraform state and environment management practices. • Create documentation, templates, and onboarding guides for application teams. • Improve reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency.

• Take part in the process of designing, developing, and improving security-related platform capabilities used across modern financial systems. • Help strengthen the security posture of our AWS-based environments by working on cloud security controls, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and operational security processes. • Have an impact on our platform and engineering standards by partnering with development teams, the Security team, and external partners such as penetration testers and auditors. • Support product and engineering teams in designing secure solutions and improving the security of applications and platform components used in highly controlled and regulated environments, including web application security practices and secure design reviews. • Take part in internal security reviews and technical auditing activities, helping identify risks, improve security posture, and ensure that security-related requirements are properly implemented in practice. • Act as one of the main technical owners on the Platform side for selected security, compliance, and audit-related activities, including helping engineering teams understand and implement requirements related to our environment and industry standards such as PCI DSS. • Drive vulnerability remediation efforts by helping engineering teams identify, prioritize, and address security findings practically and effectively. • Work with AWS security services and tools such as AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF), Amazon GuardDuty, AWS Network Firewall, AWS CloudTrail, AWS Key Management Service (KMS), and AWS Shield, as well as Wiz, Microsoft Sentinel, incident.io, Jira, Confluence, and Git. • Work using modern AI dev tools.
