Azure Platform Engineer

• Manage and enhance a live Azure-based production environment • Lead the migration from Ansible to Terraform • Support the shift to an event-driven architecture using Azure Service Bus • Help evaluate and integrate a third-party AI solution • Troubleshoot issues and optimise performance and reliability • Collaborate with engineers to deliver iterative platform improvements
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on Azure experience
- Proven Terraform expertise in production environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Solid troubleshooting and optimisation skills in live systems
- Working knowledge of Ansible (ideally migration experience)
- Python experience, particularly in data or ML contexts
- Exposure to Azure ML or Azure Service Bus
- Experience integrating third-party AI solutions
- Background in software engineering prior to platform/infrastructure roles
