Job Requirements

  • Active Series 65/66 or equivalent advisory license
  • 3+ years of client-facing financial planning & advisory experience
  • All licenses and designations must be valid and in good standing
  • Strong technical knowledge across investments, tax-aware planning, retirement, risk management, and estate fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently and with confidence
  • CFP® designation (or actively in progress) preferred
  • Experience working within a team-based or pod advisory model preferred
  • Familiarity with structured financial planning systems and client engagement cadences preferred
  • Track record of strong client retention and satisfaction preferred

Role Description The Financial and Administrative Assistant plays a critical dual role within our small business, serving as both the financial backbone and the administrative hub for executive leadership. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. This fully remote, individual contributor role is critical in driving financial insights and strategic decision-making within our 3PL/Contract Logistics operations.
