What you'd be doing: - Owning our YouTube strategy end-to-end: In charge of what we publish and how it performs. - Creating content: You'd be the engine powering the content, whether in front of the camera or not. - Owning distribution beyond YouTube: Deciding how content shows up across other platforms and gets repurposed. - Tying everything back to pipeline: Ensuring content contributes to revenue and works closely with growth and marketing teams. - Building a content engine: Turning your work into repeatable systems to scale output without compromising quality. Qualifications - A clear POV on Creative Strategy: Belief that creative decisions are rooted in research and executed around a specific, testable hypothesis. - An obsession with creative and a deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm. - A care for customer research: Ability to find what drives someone toward or away from content and product. - Proof you've made winning YouTube content: Ability to point to a specific video and explain the hypothesis and results. - Comfort on camera: Willingness and ability to be the talent when needed. - A focus on business outcomes: Understanding that views are nice, but what's moving the funnel is crucial. - An ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. - Genuine curiosity toward AI: Familiarity with tools like Claude or ChatGPT. - Bonus: Experience using Motion and opinions on improvements.
