• Define and manage the roadmap for ION capabilities that improve network-level decisioning, forecasting, and delivery outcomes. • Translate business goals and operational needs into clear technical requirements, milestones, and success metrics. • Prioritize platform investments that balance near-term impact with long-term scalability and maintainability. • Partner with Product leadership to align ION roadmap decisions to broader Ascend and RightChannel priorities. • Collaborate with Marketing to develop external publications and industry content that communicate ION's innovation and reinforce Impiricus's position as a leader in AI-powered HCP engagement. • Drive end-to-end delivery of ION initiatives across planning, requirements, implementation, launch, and iteration. • Partner closely with Engineering and Data teams on technical design trade-offs, scope, and rollout sequencing. • Establish clear product requirements for data processing workflows, optimization outputs, and delivery orchestration. • Ensure robust documentation and repeatable operational processes across teams. • Define product requirements for forecasting transparency, risk visibility, and delivery explainability. • Partner with teams to improve reliability and performance of daily decisioning workflows and production jobs. • Drive instrumentation and reporting for product health, forecast confidence, delivery outcomes, and operational efficiency. • Identify opportunities to improve utilization and reduce manual effort through smarter platform behavior. • Lead phased rollout strategies (e.g., shadow/advisory/controlled enablement) to de-risk launches. • Partner with QA and Engineering on test strategy, simulation coverage, and production readiness criteria. • Define success and guardrail metrics for incremental enablement and broader adoption. • Ensure clear failure-handling expectations, recovery plans, and stakeholder communication during rollout phases. • Work across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Commercial, and Operations to align priorities and execution. • Translate ION platform capabilities and performance outcomes into clear, business-relevant narratives that enable Commercial and client-facing teams to articulate Impiricus's decisioning value. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Support internal enablement by translating platform capabilities into practical business impact.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of technical or platform-focused products.
- Proven track record shipping complex, data-driven capabilities in SaaS, marketplace, or infrastructure-heavy environments.
- Strong technical fluency with backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and production workflows.
- Experience partnering deeply with Engineering and Data teams on architecture-informed product decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience defining success metrics, instrumentation, and performance dashboards.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and execution skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need: - Founding Mindset: Proven experience in startup environments or leading "zero-to-one" product initiatives as a founder or founding team member. - AI Fluency: A deep, practitioner-level understanding of how AI fundamentally shifts product development and user interaction cycles. - Radical Adaptability: The ability to operate effectively in a "destination unknown" environment where the technology landscape shifts every few weeks. - Strategic Disruption: A track record of identifying and executing experiments that challenge established business models.
