Job Description

Manager, Advancement Data & Operations

Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM)

• Ensure data and systems infrastructure supports BEAM's fundraising goals • Guide the Advancement Team in setting the agenda for how Salesforce is developed and improved • Collaborate with the Manager, Salesforce & IT Systems for technical implementation • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track key Advancement metrics • Document, train, and support team members in using Salesforce effectively • Manage corporate partner commitments and related projects • Perform other operations-related duties as requested

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with relational database management; Salesforce experience strongly preferred (experience with the Nonprofit Success Pack a plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience querying, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with technical teams to implement data infrastructure improvements
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and improving operational workflows and processes

Role Description Chemonics seeks a Sr. Associate, Operations for the USG Portfolio under the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The senior associate facilitates the use of sound management principles and tools in the operations of the business unit (BU).
