Software Project Manager

• Lead the end-to-end project management cycle, ensuring smooth handoffs between technical and non-technical teams. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across development, QA, design, and marketing. • Coordinate with client stakeholders, clarify requirements, and translate business goals into actionable tasks. • Identify risks and blockers early, propose solutions, and keep the project on track. • Monitor sprint progress and report updates regularly to both internal teams and clients. • Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage tickets, timelines, and team collaboration. • Support QA and deployment efforts, ensuring successful rollout and post-launch stability.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally with web or digital agency teams.
  • Proven experience managing website migrations, including content strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to manage client-facing conversations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common PM tools like Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones, manage distributed teams, and keep communication flowing.
