Technical Project Manager – iGaming

Block Labs

• Own the delivery of features and updates from planning to release, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. • Work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. • Drive the execution of projects across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring efficient handoffs and collaboration between teams. • Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. • Provide transparent updates on project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and senior management through detailed reporting. • Oversee vendor relationships, manage third-party API integrations, and address compatibility or performance issues. • Optimize project management processes and foster learning through post-project reviews and feedback implementation.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a delivery or project management role within software development.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and within scope with an in-depth understanding of the features.
  • Proven experience working with iGaming technologies and third-party integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing third-party integrations and APIs.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong risk and issue management abilities.
  • Passion for scalability, process improvement, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Experience running effective Post-Mortems and implementing change.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.
