We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer with a strong product mindset to join the Data Team and help power the systems that make discovery and personalization smarter inside the app. This role sits at the intersection of iOS development, user behavior insights, and product intelligence , ensuring that the app not only looks great and performs smoothly, but also understands what users care about and helps them find the right events at the right time. You won't just ship features — you'll own them end-to-end: - Shaping the idea - Building it - Defining what success looks like - Measuring adoption - Iterating based on real user signals You'll work closely with Product, Backend, and Data teams to improve how we capture and use in-app signals, enabling better recommendations, more relevant discovery surfaces, and a continuously improving user experience. The scope includes: - Working on the mobile foundations that enable better discovery, personalization, and product understanding within the iOS app. - Making sure the app is structured to capture reliable user interaction signals. - Supporting AI recommendation systems. - Allowing teams to continuously improve the discovery experience based on real usage. This role combines hands-on iOS development with ownership over the quality, reliability, and evolution of the mobile data layer, helping turn user behavior into better in-app experiences at scale. Qualifications - Strong development experience in Swift and a solid understanding of the iOS SDK, including UIKit, SwiftUI, and Combine. - Strong product mindset — you care about the why behind features, take ownership of outcomes (not just code), and are comfortable defining success metrics and measuring adoption. - Experience building features that support recommendations, discovery, search, or personalization is a strong plus. - Comfortable working with data-driven features, understanding how to capture and leverage signals to improve user experience. - You write clean, maintainable code with a focus on testing, reliability, and scalability. - Collaborative team player who can communicate clearly with engineers, product managers, and data professionals. - You know how to deliver code from development to production and are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes. - Proficient in English, able to participate effectively in cross-functional discussions and planning. - Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow and able to evaluate and leverage them effectively to improve productivity and decision-making. Requirements - Have hands-on Android development experience (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) — we'd love someone who can occasionally contribute across both platforms, though iOS is the primary focus. - Have worked on marketplace consumer apps: recommendation engines, feeds, or AI-driven personalization in a consumer app. - Have experience with analytics, feature flags, or experimentation frameworks on mobile. - Have contributed to high-traffic, data-heavy apps where performance and scalability are critical. - Are comfortable collaborating beyond iOS, helping define tracking and data contracts with backend or data teams. Benefits - Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader. - 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences. - Home office friendly (anywhere in Spain). - Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth. - Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with. - Health insurance and flexible remuneration with 100% tax exemption through Cobee. - English and Spanish lessons. - Gympass membership. - Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow. - Competitive compensation package consisting of base salary, variable bonus, and stock options.
