• Lead the end-to-end creative process across digital campaigns, product marketing, social, and brand from concept through to final delivery. • Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for product features, landing pages, social ads, and email campaigns. • Design and produce assets across multiple channels and formats, including social media, paid media, presentations, and events collateral. • Bring Atomi's brand to life in motion, animating product stories, feature launches, and campaign content that connects with students, teachers, and parents. • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all digital and social touchpoints. • Act as a creative advocate internally, helping partner teams understand the value of ideas, well-executed design, and brand-aligned execution. • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production without compromising craft.
Job Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end creative work across brand and marketing, with motion and animation as a core part of your practice. A portfolio is required to be considered for this role.
- Solid proficiency across industry-standard design and motion tooling. We work across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other tools, and we care more about the quality of your output and your ability to pick up new tools than any specific stack.
- Proven experience producing motion graphics, animations, and video content, including product or explainer videos.
- Excellent visual design craft across layout, typography, colour, and composition, with a sharp eye for consistency and detail.
- Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, or digital-first environment. You understand how design functions within a product-led brand.
- Strong art direction instincts and the confidence to stand behind creative decisions and communicate them clearly and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills. You can talk through your process, give and receive feedback, and work well in a remote team.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work autonomously and manage projects end to end.
- Familiarity with AI animation tools is a genuine bonus.
