• Build and scale shared services for Learning & Development. • Design and implement standardized operating models, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs). • Manage the day-to-day operations of the talent development function. • Design and build a Learning Marketplace in partnership with Procurement, Technology/IT, and Finance. • Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, agentic AI. • Lead budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation for Cencora University. • Own the certification, enablement, and ongoing support of Cencora University faculty facilitators. • Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to execute learner awareness and action campaigns. • Establish and deliver enterprise learning measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting. • Lead, inspire, and develop a global team, fostering high engagement.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience leading L&D operations, learning systems, or talent development operations in a complex, global organization.
- Proven success designing and scaling shared services, operating models, and learning infrastructure.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise learning platforms and ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and deliver results through influence and operational discipline.
- Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in learning operations, talent development, HR operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
