Implementation Manager This position will provide end-to-end ownership of client implementations. This scope includes the implementation of clients, new file implementations, client renewals, and organizational initiatives to support ongoing operations. The successful implementation manager will have a strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive implementations and projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment. Communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to quantify and manage all aspects of a project, balancing all key stakeholders’ needs and the strong desire to delight the client as well as exceed expectations. Location: Dallas, TX | Hybrid 2-3x a week Responsibilities: Implementation - Holistic Ownership of Implementation Internally & Externally - Facilitating client, vendor, and internal implementation calls - Developing successful project plans for implementation - Tracking tasks and dependencies successfully while ensuring communication and updates to stakeholders are achieved - Updating stakeholders and the larger business on progress, risks, and critical milestones Cross-Functional Coordination to Ensure Success - Process documentation – Refining and updating SOP’s and resources so that all team members can remain consistent in their delivery/approach to implementation - Develop trackable metrics to measure successful launches Accountable for Accuracy & Readiness of Launch - Primary point of contact (internal & external) for operational projects related to implementation needs - Primary point of contact for initiating internal alignment for all client customization needs related to implementations (new clients) - Management and QA of all client launch deliverables. Manage timelines, track deliverables, provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders, and QA of deliverables. - Internal Coordination – coordinate with internal groups and gather requirements from each department. Ensure requirements are met from a process and data perspective. - Create and manage process flows as well as internal and external documentation. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree required - 3+ years relevant experience - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage the needs of various key stakeholders - Proven working experience in project management and/or implementation - Experience in processes and task management - Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment - Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills - Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency or experience with project management tools (ex.
