Java Developer
Leidos
• Develop and maintain software applications using Agile software development techniques • Consult with the business process owners, customers, users and constituents to develop and analyze customer requirements • Implement software application migration from current ADFS Identity Access Management (IDaM) to Okta • Perform application testing • Create and maintain application documentation, including migration plans, implementation plans, test plans, and user story updates. • Leverage DevOps tool stack to build, inspect, deploy and test the applications. • Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field with 8+ years of related experience or additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Agile Software Development Experience
- Java Software Development experience with JDK 1.8 or higher
- Software Development Experience with HTML & CSS
- Experience with Java Enterprise Edition J2EE Software Development
- Experience with Web Services & Frameworks including REST and SOAP
- Experience with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), JavaScript frameworks like Node.js, React or Angular
- Experience with DB Query Languages including Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft T/SQL
- RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Experience
- Experience with API Testing tools including SoapUI, Postman and JMeter
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, or any other RDBMS
- Experience with XML technologies
- Experience integrating with IDAM systems using SAML / XACML/SPML/SSO
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Customer interface experience.
