• Manage daily financial transactions, including billing, AR/AP, expense tracking, and reconciliations. • Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts. • Participate in variance analysis and financial modeling activities. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. • Support audit preparations, tax filings, and regulatory reporting. • Contribute to automation, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (internship experience acceptable).
  • Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or NetSuite).
  • Basic understanding of financial modeling, FP&A, or MIS reporting.
  • Exposure to SaaS or product-based business models.
