Partnerships Director Location: USA Remote Full-time Job Description: CWA - Remote CWA Merchant Services by North offers credit card processing, POS systems, e-commerce solutions, and more. The Partnerships Director recruits and onboards referral partners for CWA. This role is responsible for driving the expansion and maintenance of relationships with resellers and referral partners who will submit qualified leads to our sales teams. What you'll do: - Identify, recruit, and onboard partners to meet and exceed sales targets - Partner types: ISVs, Agents, Banks, other - Agreement types: Reseller and Referral - Develop, implement, and maintain systems and procedures to streamline partner management - Drive partner portfolio growth - Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows - Conduct contract negotiations - Interface with sales channels to promote the program and ensure expectations are exceeded for the partner - Maintain and build partner relationships by addressing questions, concerns, and growth opportunities - Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast using Salesforce - Develop and execute partner sales plans and conduct regular progress calls and quarterly business reviews. Role Description The Deputy Director of Tribal Relations ensures consistent, effective, and meaningful tribal engagement, coordination, and tribal consultation across the Department of Commerce by supporting strong government-to-government relationships with Washington’s tribal nations.
