Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Resource Planner to lead resource optimization and strategic workforce planning across our Romania operations. In this pivotal role, you will directly impact project success and operational efficiency by identifying, allocating, and forecasting resources for proposals, bid defense meetings, and awarded clinical trials. Key Responsibilities - Lead resource planning, allocation, and forecasting for a large portfolio of team members - Identify and assign qualified team members for proposals, bid defense meetings, and awarded projects - Monitor resource demand and supply; develop monthly resourcing projection reports - Evaluate resource requirements and coordinate CV submissions with stakeholders - Ensure accuracy in resource management tools and reconcile planned vs. actual hours - Collaborate with senior leadership to influence resource-related decisions Qualifications - Proven experience in resource planning within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment; clinical trial resource forecasting is a plus - Bachelor's Degree (Health or Biological Sciences preferred) - Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and resource management tools; hands-on experience with PLTR system is a big plus - Fluent in written and oral English (mandatory) + local language Requirements - Excellent analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail - Strong understanding of clinical research platforms and resource planning processes - Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills - Proactive problem-solving and independent initiative - Ability to thrive in a matrix, virtual team environment

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports. • Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis. • Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure subledgers are reconciled monthly. • Review payroll-related journal entries and assist with payroll reconciliations. • Support monthly reporting requirements in compliance with global deadlines and accounting policies. • Assist with intercompany reconciliations across Stagwell subsidiaries. • Help maintain departmental allocations, chargebacks, and billings to Stagwell Brands. • Support treasury activities, including banking transactions and cash forecasting. • Ensure accounts payable and receivable transactions are properly coded and processed timely. • Utilize ERP systems (Maconomy preferred) to track financial activity and support operational initiatives. • Assist with budget preparation, quarterly forecasts, and variance reporting. • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Corporate Finance. • Participate in internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and supporting audit requests. • Support SOX compliance efforts and help maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting. • Monitor adherence to accounting policies and procedures. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Shared Services teams including AP, AR, Billing, Payroll, and Corporate Finance. • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
