We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant / Architect to join their team on a Time & Material basis. This is a high-priority, fast-track recruitment. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in consulting/development of ERP solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementation and support. - Deep functional and technical understanding of business processes and product modules (Sales, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Finance). - Proven experience in Solution Design (experience with integration design is a strong plus). - Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, best practices, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). - Resourcefulness, high energy, self-confidence, and a proactive Team Player attitude with a willingness to mentor others. - Solid understanding of business dynamics and the ability to meet deadlines. - Fluent communication skills in both English and Polish (C1+). Requirements - A strong understanding of finance processes. - Knowledge of Business Central confirmed by Microsoft Certificates. - Practical knowledge and experience in SQL / T-SQL. - Hands-on experience with other ERP systems. MongoDB Pre-Sales Solution Architects are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. Our team is made up of seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations.
