Role Description Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with a strong Network Engineering background to support customer engagements, pre-sales activities, and service delivery development within the Middle East & Africa Regions. The primary focus of the role is service delivery ownership and coordination, ensuring that customer engagements are well-structured, deliverable, and aligned with business objectives. A solid technical foundation in network engineering is mandatory as the role requires the ability to understand, challenge, and shape technical solutions, particularly during early customer discussions and pre-sales activities. This is a hands-on delivery-oriented role, not a pure Project Manager nor a pure Network Engineer, but a balanced profile combining: - Delivery ownership - Technical credibility - Commercial awareness Qualifications - 5–8 years of experience, including proven experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, or Service Coordination roles - Previous hands-on experience as a Network Engineer (mandatory) - Strong understanding of Network lifecycle (design, deployment, migration, validation) - Understanding of Optical transport / networking environments (DWDM, L0/L1, etc.) - Experience interacting with Customers, Cross-functional delivery teams, and Engineering resources Requirements - Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery capabilities. - Coordinate all aspects of service delivery, including Scope definition, Resource coordination (engineering, partners, internal teams), and Planning and execution follow-ups. - Ensure delivery is executed in line with agreed scope, with controlled risk & with awareness of cost and efficiency. - Provide clear visibility and communication to both customers and internal stakeholders. - Support service presales activities by contributing delivery and technical perspectives. - Participate in customer discussions to validate feasibility of proposed solutions and define a realistic scope and delivery approach. - Contribute to proposals by ensuring alignment between customer expectations, technical feasibility, and delivery model & constraints. - Provide project/service delivery input to RFx responses when required. - Use Network Engineering experience to understand and challenge proposed technical solutions and ensure they are deliverable, scalable, and efficient. - Act as a bridge between Engineering teams (Network Engineers, SMEs), Delivery, and customer teams. - For smaller engagements, may directly support or perform limited technical activities where appropriate. - Demonstrate understanding of effort estimation, cost drivers & delivery risks. - Monitor and control delivery against scope, budget expectations, and resource usage. - Contribute to commercially sound decisions during presales and delivery phases. - Help ensure delivery contributes positively to business objectives and margins. Role Description This role leads the valuation oversight function across U.S. mutual funds, UCITS, private funds, and separate account structures. The position has end-to-end responsibility for the valuation framework, including governance, methodology oversight, escalation, and the overall control environment. The role is accountable for ensuring valuations are well governed, timely, accurate, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements, while exercising independent judgment, providing effective challenge, and driving strong accountability across the function. This individual will also help shape the future state of the valuation operating model as the platform grows in scale and complexity, while partnering closely with adjacent functions including regulatory reporting, treasury, legal, compliance, operations, portfolio management, and third-party administrators.
