Senior Vice President of Engineering
EverCommerce
• Define and deliver the long-term technology vision for EverWell • Set the technical direction across Timely and SalonBiz, ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and innovative • Oversee platform architecture and modernization, driving improvements in cloud strategy, DevOps, and system reliability • Build and lead distributed engineering teams, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance • Own delivery KPIs, budgets, vendors, and tooling, ensuring platforms meet performance and security standards • Partner closely with EverCommerce on compliance and risk
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in Engineering leadership roles, ideally across multiple SaaS products or business units
- Proven experience leading engineering and platform teams at scale
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, DevOps, platform thinking, and modern SDLC practices
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on engagement and pragmatism
- Track record of growing inclusive and high-performance engineering cultures
- Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management
