Quality Analyst

• Lead or support planning, analysis, and execution of QA activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Ensure that teams' work has clear acceptance criteria, developed/agreed on between members of the scrum teams • Write, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria • Execute or interpret regression, performance, and validation testing; track and report defects • Validate integrations with backend systems (e.g., eligibility engines, document uploads) • Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance with relevant policies • Collaborate with product managers, project managers, designers, developers, and test automation engineers to maintain high-quality service delivery • Log detailed, actionable bug reports with reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected vs. actual results

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience conducting manual testing of software products
  • Understanding of QA methodologies including manual, automated, integration, and performance testing
  • Strong analytical skills in problem solving, test planning, and risk evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adjust to changing project needs
  • Strong documentation and test planning abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
